We are currently looking for a creative, dynamic and hospitality-driven F&B Concept Developer to join our team in Estepona. The ideal candidate will be able to transform ideas into strong, memorable and functional gastronomic concepts, bringing together strategic thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and operational knowledge of the sector.
Responsabilities
Develop end-to-end F&B concepts.
Conduct market and trend research.
Create operational manuals aligned with each client's identity and values.
Participate in high-level international hospitality projects.
What are we looking for in our F&B Concept Developer?
Hospitality School background or related studies.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong command of Apple environments: macOS, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
High level of English.
A creative, detail-oriented and solution-driven profile.
Ability to manage projects while meeting timelines and deadlines.
Proven experience in hospitality and/or Food & Beverage.
A versatile profile with strong analytical skills.
Proactive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work on-site at our headquarters in Estepona.
