Position: CEE Regional Sales Director Location: Madrid, Spain (Headquarters) The CEE Regional Sales Director will oversee profitability and staffing within a specific territory, leading each country's sales team, implementing sales strategies, and supporting sales events. Your responsibilities: Recruit, establish, and lead an experienced, sales-oriented digital team. Participate in recruiting and hiring processes. Motivate the sales team to meet goals. Create sales and P&L reports for each country. Manage sales targets for each country. Provide detailed sales forecasts quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Monitor market and competitor activities, providing sales forecasts. Build and maintain key customer relationships. Allocate operational resources to meet sales and service goals. About you: Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector and media agency industry. Valuable experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience. Proven experience reporting to C-level executives. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and employee motivation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
