The job:
- We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team, grow with us and develop his/her professional career in international projects.
- Report to the Recruitment Coordinator regarding the recruitment processes you are managing.
- Write job specifications and determine job requirements.
- Find out online sites that our ideal candidates usually use.
- Post vacancies in different job portals.
- Inform candidates regarding job opportunities in Europe and answer their questions.
- Prepare and perform job interviews.
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews on Skype.
- Contact Universities and organizations to inform regarding our vacancies.
- CV screening.
- Assessment of competencies.
- Improve our online brand in Portugal.
If you fancy selling you may also have a commercial role and gain some bonus.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar studies.
- Portuguese native speaker.
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
- 1-2 years previous experience in recruitment (ideally in IT, Engineering or Health sector).
- Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Proactive, customer oriented and good communication skills.
- Experience using databases to manage recruitment process.
- Deep interest in recruitment and evaluating candidates.
