Key Responsibilities
Managing our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising
Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, using knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click and open rates
Analyze email and funnel statistics and actively work to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel/email cycle
Split test copy in all emails and funnels
Assisting and engaging in high level discussions and decisions
Knowledge of Adobe Suites
Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM
Develop and manage marketing campaigns
Collaborate with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities
Assisting in implementation and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics and resources
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
4 Years experience as a Marketing Copywriter
Project management and team management experience
Copywriting skills
Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience
Content Creation
Superior research and analytical skills
SEO Strategy
Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
Digital Marketing
Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects; and exert up to forty (40) pounds.
