At Gi Group, we are looking for a WorkLoad Administrator for our client Agilent, a leading company in instruments, services, and solutions for life sciences, diagnostics, and applied markets.
A professional level of English (minimum C1) and a second language (such as Italian, French, etc.) is essential.
We offer a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension, working in a hybrid mode at the WTC office in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between clients and technicians to coordinate the resolution of equipment issues across Europe.
* Create documentation for internal support or external clients.
* Manage calls and inquiries from clients.
* Assist with office automation tasks and provide support to remote teams.
* Ensure smooth and effective communication with internal and external divisions.
Qualifications:
* Professional level of English (minimum C1) and a second language (Italian, French, etc.).
* Higher education in Administration or related fields.
* No previous experience required, although knowledge of the sector will be valued.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week).
Contract: Temporary through Gi Group (ETT).
Start date: As soon as possible.
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension to 9 months.
