Team Leader
to join our
Aseptic Manufacturing Department .You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality medicines. In this role, you will lead a team of operators and supervisors, oversee production operations, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of GMP compliance and safety.Key responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of
aseptic production operators and supervisors
during the fixed afternoon shift.Ensure safe and compliant execution of all manufacturing activities according to GMP and internal standards.Monitor production performance through KPI tracking, process reports, and continuous analysis.Identify talent development opportunities, support employee growth, and define individual and team performance goals.Supervise and ensure accuracy in manufacturing documentation, deviations, and change controls.Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, and other departments to optimize processes.Support and/or lead process qualification activities and participate in improvement projects.Your profile:
Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent).3–5 years of experience in aseptic production within the pharmaceutical industry, with proven leadership experience.Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing best practices.Proficient in inventory and production control systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.High proficiency in spoken and written English.Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.Availability to work the fixed afternoon shift (15:
05–23:
