Project Planning Manager – Madrid This role involves updating full schedules for medium and high criticality projects, working closely with project managers, operations and subsystem managers, and serving as the central connector of project interfaces.
Responsibilities Update full schedule for medium and high criticality projects.
Work in close collaboration with Project Managers, Chief of Development, Senior Project Planning Manager, and Sub‐System Manager.
Serve as the central connector of project interfaces and steer execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
Be a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
Own the time‐management topic for the area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision‐making and ensure On‐Time Delivery performance.
Develop and maintain the project schedule (internal and external) for the area.
Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions for the area.
Support the sub‐system manager on all issues related to sub‐system project schedule (if applicable).
Qualifications Engineering or Business degree.
Minimum 4years of experience in project planning.
High level of English is required.
Knowledge of project scheduling theory.
Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool.
Practical skills in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
