Location : Madrid area (100% remote)
What you can expect
* Drive sales growth for our passive components in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal)
* Manage OEM, distributor and POS accounts
* Conduct regular customer visits to promote sales and provide technical support
* Provide sales foreceasts, reports and action plans as well as annual budgets and sales targets
* Collaborate with FAEs, Marketing and Product Managers
* Monitor market trends and competition to support business planning and strategy execution
What we are looking for
* University degree in a technical field or a comparable area
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience : sales/marketing, preferably related to electro-mechanical components
* Technical knowledge : knowledge of passive and electromechanical components
* Language skills : strong language skills in English and ideally in Portugues or French
* Willingness to travel : frequently (approx. 80%)
* Attributes : an entrepreneurial sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
