SAP SuccessFactors PY Lead – Location: Spain (Remote)
Role Overview
The Payroll Lead will be an HCM/Payroll expert responsible for preparing and executing payroll‑related client workshops. The role includes overall solution design, acting as a solution architect when needed, and managing, leading and mentoring other consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate client workshops related to payroll.
- Design and architect overall payroll solutions.
- Manage client expectations and communicate implementation progress to senior stakeholders.
- Provide functional and technical advice on SuccessFactors design and HCM/HR Payroll.
- Deliver strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool‑set.
- +7 years of SAP HCM experience.
- Knowledge of Spanish payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain.
- Involved in a minimum of three end‑to‑end payroll implementations.
- Certification in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Current and future work authorization in Spain without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, and mashups.
- Certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
