A global company in the fashion sector, which distribute leading brands through retail, wholesale, and online channels, is looking for an HRBP Manager in Southern Europe to contribute to growth in the context of its strategic plan.
**The goal of the position**
HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are people-centric professionals who aim to deliver a first-class employee experience. Empowering talent helps the business increase its profitability and brand equity.
Leading a team of 4, you will be working closely with the Retail Team from Spain, Portugal, and Italy, helping to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
The scope will be a 2,000 Head Count for the five brands of the group, giving support to people working in our Full Price, Outlet and Shop-in-Shop stores.
**Main activities**
- To guide people practices: you will give support in labour law issues, payroll, and Union Committees, with the advice of an HQ specialist.
- To be a key partner to help improve business efficiency from an HR perspective and aligned with HR policies and regulations.
- To influence and build relationships with people around the business: you will visit or maintain contact regularly to store staff and will coach and provide feedback to management, challenging others to get to the root of people issues.
- To act as a local advisor to all business areas in implementing the people agenda, adapting and developing solutions to better employee experience.
- To bring and maintain talent in stores: you will help build a talent structure by selecting the best talents and helping them grow through training and development paths.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 5-7 years, focusing on Employee Relations (Labour Law).
- Mandatory experience in RETAIL, with geographically delocalized teams.
- English level C1
- Microsoft Office (Excel y PowerPoint).
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or similar. A Master’s degree is desirable.
**Job competences**
- People management, to build relations with a 2000 staff headcount and lead a four people team.
- Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Management of priorities, identify and respond to emergencies.
- Ability to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people's issues.
- Be methodical, rigorous, and organized in different projects.
- Be able to face any type of audience, adapt your communication to the audience and demonstrate good listening skills.
