WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast‐paced, high‐volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel
A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences
A creative and curious mindset
A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail
Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better!

In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises' high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience
Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
Be a team leader: hands‐on mentality, working schedules, staff‐trainings, motivate, elevate
Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
