Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Oversee accurate financial closings and prepare relevant reports within deadlines.
* Provide support to hotel management, auditors, and procurement teams on corporate policy alignment.
* Manage invoice accounting according to company standards.
* Validate approved invoices via Harmon and SharePoint.
* Resolve discrepancies between PMS-ERP applications.
* Collaborate with Purchasing and Stores Department on VOXEL platform issues.
* Monitor records submitted to tax authorities for Immediate Supply of Information (SII).
* Oversee bank reconciliations and accounting account reconciliation processes.
* Handle amortization accounting and fixed asset records, if applicable.
* Prepare financial data required for tax reporting.
* Assist in inventory control and consumption reclassification with Department Head and storeroom.
* Manage and monitor financial forecasts for hotel establishments.
* Oversee accruals and ensure accurate cost allocation between hotels, including potential re-invoicing.
* Process payroll accounting and reconcile payroll-related accounts with HR Department.
* Review cash interventions and reconciliations between PMS and ERP applications.
* Ensure accurate preparation of reliable Gross Operating Profit (GOP) reports.
* Monitor debt aging and intercompany balances.
* Submit external and governmental reports (INE) within established deadlines.
* Collaborate with departments on key projects, providing financial expertise.
* Oversee supplier accounts, monitor payment schedules, and ensure timely payments.
* Supervise expenses in collaboration with hotel management to meet budget objectives.

Qualifications:
* 2–3 years of experience in hospitality industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management (CFA, CMA, or CPA certification is a plus).
* High proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
