We are currently looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Spain.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies within your assigned territory.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
\n
Business Development: Proactively search for and onboard new B2B clients and distributors.
\n
Account Management: Control payments, ensure contract fulfillment, and maintain client relationships.
\n
Field Work: Conduct face-to-face negotiations and represent Staleks at major industry expos.
\n
Market Analysis: Monitor the \"Beauty\" market and visit points of sale regularly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: Location: Based in Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, or Andalusia.

Languages: Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian).
\n
English is a strong plus.

Experience: 1+ years in active sales (B2B or FMCG experience is a priority).
\n
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
\n
Readiness for business trips.
\n
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
\n
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-organization, and a result-oriented mindset.
