The opportunity
We are seeking a hospitality-minded professional looking to transition into the luxury real estate sector.
As Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for international enquiries and responsible for ensuring every client interaction reflects VDB’s service standards.
This is a structured coordination and administrative role, ideal for someone coming from luxury hospitality who values organisation, professionalism and attention to detail — and who is interested in building a long-term career within real estate.
Key responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
* Gather and organise client information accurately and discreetly
* Qualify enquiries according to predefined criteria
* Assign leads to the appropriate Sales or Rental advisor
* Maintain strict CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and ensure proper data tagging
* Monitor follow-ups and ensure no enquiry is left unattended
* Support daily coordination within the Commercial Team
* Contribute to reporting and process consistency
* Uphold VDB’s tone of voice and client service standards at all times

Requirements
* Experience in luxury hospitality or premium customer service environments
* Fluent English required;
Spanish essential
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Availability to support client enquiries during weekends when required
