**Position Overview:**We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at 4S dealership BYD in Madrid. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our vehicles.
**Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
* Present and sell vehicles, finance, and insurance options to customers.
* Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all vehicles in the dealership.
* Participate in sales events and promotions to attract new customers.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in business or a related field preferred.
* At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software is a plus.
