There’s no better place to kickstart your career!The opportunityThe Supply Chain YPP is designed to develop well-rounded supply chain professionals who can thrive in a global business environment. You will work closely with our global supply chain leadership teams and business units, contributing to real projects that enhance efficiency and innovation. Over 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience, rotate through different Nutreco locations, and develop skills in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering. The program includes structured academy weeks, mentorship, and international exposure to prepare you for future roles within our supply chain.What we're looking for :
Academic achievement :
You have completed a master's degree and possess a genuine interest in end-to-end supply chain management, along with analytical and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic international environment.Professional experience and passion :
Maximum of two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.Language :
Proficiency in business English and the local language.Global mobility and adaptability :
Must be fully internationally mobile and prepared for two global rotations. Candidates must hold permanent residency with a home country passport.Visa sponsorship is not available.Proactive learners :
