As an Account Manager, you will apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning, and media campaigns across all channels. The agency offers training opportunities and coaching from senior leaders to support your professional growth. Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is also a key part of this role.
Responsibilities include:
* Establishing direct relationships with clients' marketing teams, including global media and product teams
* Developing overall strategies and media rationales
* Setting strategic directions
* Coordinating global brand activities
* Working with the Planning Unit on media campaign development and purchase
* Integrating communication disciplines to provide a holistic client view
* Estimating needs and defining objectives
* Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance
* Managing budgets and billing approvals
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related field, or 3-4 years of client management experience
* At least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably with international accounts
* Strong multimedia and digital media planning skills
* Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), assessed during interview
* Good communication skills, proactive, flexible, and dynamic
