As we expand in Southern Spain, we're looking for someone to take ownership of this key market.
The Role
We're looking for a well-connected, driven Sales Manager to build and expand our presence across Marbella and the surrounding region.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you'll leverage your local network to open doors, close partnerships, and grow Bicelo's footprint in the luxury hospitality segment.
What You'll Do
Identify, approach, and close partnerships with luxury hotels and resorts
Leverage your existing network to accelerate market entry
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Develop tailored proposals and lead negotiations end-to-end
Maintain and grow relationships with hotel partners
Act as Bicelo's local market expert and representative
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in the local hospitality industry in Southern Spain (mandatory)
An established network of hotel decision-makers in the region
Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development
xiphteb Experience selling B2B into hotels or hospitality groups is a strong plus
Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
