We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution and technical delivery of industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design to start-up).
Ensure proper implementation of technical solutions, plant layouts, and equipment integration.
Support international sites during commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization.
Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and multiple projects.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
7- 10 years’ experience in EPC or industrial project environments.
Strong background in commissioning, plant construction, and multidisciplinary projects.
Solid knowledge of engineering standards and documentation.
Fluent in English and Spanish. xpzdshu
