We are expanding our teams in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) sector and are looking for an Operational KPIs Control and Functional Audit Engineer to strengthen our operations and quality team. Your main objective will be to ensure the monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of operational key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as the execution of functional audits on critical processes.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will be part of a cross‑functional team responsible for ensuring operational control, functional consistency, and the analysis of key indicators, generating visibility and support for the technical management of strategic projects. Your main duties will be:
* Defining, monitoring, and analyzing operational KPIs at the project level.
* Direct and continuous communication with Project Managers (PMs) and technical managers.
* Initial analysis of functional and technical incidents: classification, traceability, and referral.
* Conducting internal functional audits to ensure the correct implementation of requirements, flows, and procedures.
* Detecting deviations in functional execution and proposing corrective measures.
* Drafting follow‑up reports, action plans, and recommendations.
* Collaborating on external audits, certifications, and functional quality reviews.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for professionals with training in Engineering or FPII, with training in Telecommunications, IT, or related fields. Previous experience in operational control, functional auditing, or technical quality is required. Knowledge of complex systems (software/hardware), functional requirements, and validation/verification is essential. Previous experience in data analysis and metrics control (Excel, Power BI, Python, etc.) is needed. A high level of English is mandatory.
We will value previous experience in projects in the space, defense, or transportation sectors, knowledge of quality standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, EN9100), experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Doors, Jenkins, GitLab, and certifications: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ISTQB, or other related certifications.
