Sales Manager Iberia (f/m/d)
We're looking for a dynamic and results‐oriented Sales Manager to lead our Spain sales team, which includes sales engineers, assistants, and other professionals.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a sales team of approximately six professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to build a high‐performing organization.
Drive front‐end sales activities, overseeing lead management, qualification, and early‐stage customer engagement to secure a strong pipeline.
Oversee key account management within the data center & infrastructure segment, strengthening relationships and unlocking growth opportunities.
Review and prepare commercial offers, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement, identifying opportunities, and aligning sales activities with overall business strategy.
Your profile:
Many years of sales experience, ideally in software or complex technical solutions, with a proven track record in Sales Engineering and commercial success.
Strong presentation, communication, and customer‐facing skills, able to clearly articulate value propositions to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
Solid commercial acumen and experience preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution overviews.
Educational background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, enabling confident engagement in highly technical sales discussions.
Ability to quickly understand new technologies, learn fast, and operate effectively in software‐driven or integrated system environments.
Ambitious, sociable, and collaborative mindset, with experience building relationships and driving growth in the electrical or infrastructure industry.
Demonstrated leadership potential or experience, including coaching colleagues, supporting complex deals, or contributing to team development and performance.
