About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, driven Business Development Executive based in or near Mazarron. This is a remote-first position, offering flexibility to work from home while engaging with partners throughout the Murcia region. You'll develop new business within the local real estate sector, turning estate agents, legal firms, and notaries into lasting partners
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective partners across your region
- Introduce and promote Currencies Direct's money transfer solutions tailored to real estate transactions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to partnership activation and ongoing support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partners and their clients receive timely, high-quality service
- Track progress, maintain CRM accuracy, and meet key business activity and performance metrics
- Represent Redpin at local meetings, industry gatherings, and networking event
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and solution-based approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely
