Sales Opportunity: SALES SPECIALIST – MASTERS FRANCE
One of our clients, a renowned international business school, is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Specialistto join their high-energy sales team in Madrid, Spain. This client is dedicated to providing transformative, hands-on education that prepares students for global careers. As an Enrollment Advisor, you'll connect with and guide prospective candidates across France and Monaco through the entire application and enrollment process, helping them reach their educational and career goals. In this role, you'll use tools like LinkedIn and Generative AI to initiate contact and cultivate impactful, personal interactions with candidates, whether through video conference, phone, or face-to-face meetings. This position is essential for strengthening their brand in the region and expanding their reach.

Key Responsibilities

* Use LinkedIn and Generative AI to prospect and engage with postgraduate candidates, guiding them toward phone, video, or in-person meetings.
* Qualify candidates by understanding their aspirations and aligning them with suitable programs.
* Represent our client in various events, educational fairs, and 1-on-1 meetings, many of which take place on weekends, ensuring a strong in-person presence.
* Provide expert guidance throughout the admissions process, supporting candidates in understanding program options and assisting with application steps.
* Build lasting relationships with candidates, delivering exceptional service and support.
* Assist applicants with degree financing options, connecting them to internal resources.
* Identify candidate behavior patterns to refine outreach strategies and generate referrals.

Qualifications

* Language Skills : Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Experience : Proven ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn or other social platforms, moving candidates to phone or in-person meetings.
* Communication : Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive phone presence.
* Customer-Centric : Naturally curious and actively listens to understand candidate needs.
* Motivated : Self-driven and goal-oriented with a "Nothing is impossible" mindset.
* Adaptable : Willing to learn and embrace feedback.
* Education : A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business development, sales, or marketing is preferred.
