Senior Marketing Specialist (Eloqua) - Digital Markets
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior Specialist of Marketing Automation to support critical marketing enablement of our Lifecycle and Email teams. This role will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our marketing automation stack. The Senior Specialist will be the go-to Eloqua expert and have a direct hand in building end-to-end solutions to drive email revenue goals. You’ll do this by understanding marketing requirements and using our existing MarTech stack to set up campaigns and email journeys.
* Build complex email campaign automations by building end to end solutions, from data integration, data processing, email/component creation, and campaign creation.
* Support the maintenance of key automations in Eloqua like Lead Scoring, Unsubscribe Flows, Webhooks, etc.
* Enforce platform governance and health
* Monitor and Improve Email Deliverability
* Comprehensive, and solution-oriented
What you’ll bring to the team
* 4+ years of relevant experience, with marketing automation and email marketing.
* Strong competence with best in class marketing technology like Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, etc), CRMs (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc), Analytics Technology (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory, etc)
* Solid understanding of email programming (HTML, CSS)
* Experience with email tracking and attribution
* Very high level of organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability that is fact-based, insight-rich
Must have
* Experience with Eloqua
* Experience with lead acquisition, funnels, and integrations
* Experience with end to end analytics and attribution
* HTML/CSS experience
Nice to have
* SQL experience
* Understanding of databases, data warehousing, etc
* Wide exposure to various martech tools
