As a Sales Project Coordinator, you support the daily work of our Key Account Managers for Spain and Portugal, based in Barcelona. You will coordinate multiple sales projects, manage sample requests, pricing, and brief follow-ups while staying aligned with KAMs. You help keep project status updated and serve as a client liaison to ensure timely submissions. This role sits at the heart of cross-functional collaboration to deliver delightful taste and scent experiences and advance the company's growth in a integral context.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Coordinate multiple sales projects for Spain and Portugal
- Know and manage the client portfolio and current projects
- Request samples, process industrial orders, and communicate prices
- Follow up on samples and briefs with KAMs
- Collaborate with KAMs to evaluate submissions and update project status
- Serve as main client liaison and respond to client inquiries
- With KAMs, obtain prices for submissions or new business
- Maintain pricing files in SAP
- Support timelines and submissions to ensure on-time delivery
Responsabilidades
- University degree (implied)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- 3+ years of experience in the fragrance and beauty industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
French is valuable
- Experience in an international environment
- Hands-on client contact (phone, email, in-person)
- Comfort with numerical data and various PC applications
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
- Ability to adapt communication styles with different partners
