About The Role
This role will deliver the assigned R&D projects with defined quality, time and cost. In addition, you will provide the necessary technical support for the products currently on the market.
Responsibilities
* Lead or participate in project teams focused on developing new products or improving existing ones.
* Design development plans for research projects, defining objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
* Plan, supervise, and execute internal experimental work, ensuring the correct application of protocols, the proper use of resources, and the quality of the results obtained.
* Plan, execute and monitor studies in collaboration with external centres, ensuring technical and operational consistency.
* Apply statistical and bioinformatic tools for the analysis of experimental data, interpretation of results and evidence-based decision-making.
* Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget and with the required quality.
* Scientifically evaluate new ideas and research proposals.
* Manage technical knowledge with internal and external experts.
* Communicate R&D project results to the business units involved.
* Provide scientific and technical training, both internally and externally.
* Review technical documentation and resolve scientific queries from the team or other areas.
* Participate in relevant scientific conferences, seminars and events.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D.
* Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
* Fluent English.
* Postgraduate degree in project management desirable.
