What we expect from you 
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs 
Attend to guest requests and provide them with all necessary information (facilities, schedules, surroundings, etc.) 
Resolve complaints and claims, referring serious issues to the Front Office Manager 
Monitor daily billing and balance the cash register 
Keep the system clean and up to date 
Monitor booking status and closures, handling them personally when necessary 
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree 
Experience: 1 to 2 years 
Professional category: Employee 
Residence: Within the province of the job vacancy 
Mandatory language: English - Professional proficiency 
Degree in Tourism or similar 
At least 1 year of experience in the Front Office Department 
Essential: knowledge and experience with Opera PMS 
Valuable: knowledge of Marsha and other hotel management systems 
Languages: English (B2). Other languages are a plus
