Role Purpose:
• Act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.
• Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate DDIT teams and functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
• Lead requirements analysis of systems in the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) to deliver transformative solutions that provide Novartis with a competitive advantage. Join a skilled GCO Service Delivery team to realize this vision.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
* Lead business requirements and process analysis in Site Study Operations, working with business users and analytical tools to ensure aligned concepts, processes, and requirements. Provide guidance to ensure solution consistency and manage user expectations.
* Manage and document user requirements specifications clearly and concisely for functional areas, facilitating understanding across teams.
* Oversee the delivery of user requirements, providing clarifications during development and validating usability.
* Maintain traceability between requirements, specifications, and testing activities.
* Support validation and testing, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory policies.
* Stay updated on internal IT systems, standards, regulatory environments, and industry best practices, leveraging reusable solutions where applicable.
* Qualifications include a university degree in Computer Sciences, Business, or relevant experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, digital technologies, and working with global, multi-vendor teams is essential.
* Minimum 8 years in business process analysis within drug development, with proven skills in eliciting and documenting user requirements.
* Knowledge of GxP regulations and business process modeling is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with experience collaborating across borders and managing multiple priorities.
