About the RoleThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Development Specialist located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Network Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining provider networks, building provider relationships, analyzing network data, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Design, plan, implement, and support our Dealer Network.
Assist and support grantees in implementing standards and procedures.
Conduct compliance audits and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to align brand messages and strategies.
Develop and implement effective training programs for dealers and their sales, service, and after-sales teams.
Provide training in products, sales, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Stay updated on automotive industry trends and technologies to incorporate into training.
Create training materials, manuals, and reference resources.
Work with dealers to develop marketing and branding strategies.
Visit dealerships regularly to evaluate performance and provide guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering.
Over 2 years of experience in network development and training within the automotive sector.
Strong communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills;
adept at relationship management.
Ability to work under pressure, innovate, and overcome challenges.
Experience in team and project management is a plus.
English proficiency as the working language.
Willingness to travel across the country.
