DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone
Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets
Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress
Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
Native / fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
B2B sales experience is essential
Solid sales background is needed
Accounting management experience is needed
Previous experience working with channel is a plus
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation, and time / work prioritization
Good computer skills
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
