At Hyatt Inclusive Collection — Hyatt's global portfolio of all-inclusive and lifestyle resorts — we're looking for a Marketing Production & Visual Content Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team in Palma de Mallorca for a 7-month temporary replacement contract.

Your Mission
You will plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video productions at a regional level, ensuring high-quality visuals, brand consistency, and proper management of Hyatt Inclusive Collection visual assets.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots for hotels and regional projects
* Develop production briefs, shot lists, and creative concepts with photographers and videographers
* Manage relationships with external suppliers and production partners
* Oversee post-production processes and final asset approval
* Manage usage rights, licensing, and documentation for visual assets
* Organize and maintain digital asset repositories (naming, metadata, archiving)
* Ensure all materials align with Hyatt brand identity and standards
* Support hotel creative requests and assess production feasibility
* Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
What We're Looking For
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Experience in visual content production, marketing, or audiovisual environments
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders in corporate or international settings
Nice to Have
* Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector
* Familiarity with brand standards in hotel environments
