**Role Purpose**:The Security Technician will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of security policies and security procedures following the corporative and local guidelines. Regarding the security in our different warehouses it will be responsible of organization and coordination the different activities and infrastructure needed to guarantee security and vigilance.**Main Accountabilities**:- It will contribute to the Security Manager of the Organization in the implementation and adaptation of corporate policies and procedures in terms of security in Spain and Portugal.- In coordination with Security Manager, it will define, review and distribute the procedures for the resolution of conflicts or critical situations in terms of Security in the Warehousing centers, as well as it will ensure compliance.- Provide support to the operations management team in the investigation and resolution of security and Surveillance incidents.- Manage customer relationships in terms of security, following our standards and corporate and local policies.- Coordinate the projects of implementation and installation of Security and Surveillance Systems in our Warehouses.- Contribute to reducing losses and security incidents, as well as claims related to the area.- Identify risk levels and security gaps, define action plans and monitor the implementation of the corrective action plan.- Communicate with the different public institutions regarding everything related to Security in our warehouses.- Provide advice, assistance, and training on the security-related programs, acting as an expert on security systems, protection services and procedures.**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in multinational companies.- Bachelor’s degree- Specific knowledge on security area.- Microsoft Office Expert- Good communication skills- TIP certification will be a plus(Director of Security)
