Responsibilities
* Control that the manufacturing processes are implemented and shared with the quality plan and developed accordingly.
* Control and maintain the quality management system.
* Standardisation of materials and auxiliary elements for the manufacturing of concrete towers.
* Perform audits of the concrete tower components.
* Detection and management of non-conformities.
* Support local resources on site: material tests, resolution of day-to-day issues and other topics and doubts.
* Meetings with suppliers and other departments (production, management, implementation) to set action and coordination plans.
* Participate in the Management Committee.
* Keep the quality plan documentation in a safe place.
* Update the QCP.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or similar studies.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of quality laws and processes.
* Availability to travel around 20-30% annually.
* English is a must. Minimum B2.
* Proactive profile, leadership, communication skills and teamwork.
