This role has two parts, and both matter equally. When you are driving, you are responsible for the safe and professional transport of our clients to and from airport collections, appointments, pharmacy runs, and otherplanned journeys. When you are not driving, you are part of the support team in the clinic, present in the client environment and helping support the smooth day-to-day running of the client environment.
Our clients are in recovery, and the environment around them matters. We need someone who is calm, grounded, and professional. Someone who understands what it means to be in a support role and stays clearly within it.
Transport priorities are coordinated through Reception and the Operations team. You will not be expected to organise logistics independently, you will receive clear direction and work within a structured team.
Duties include:
Carrying out planned transport duties during working hours — airport collections and drop-offs, client appointments, pharmacy runs, and other scheduled journeys
Driving calmly and professionally, with the safety and comfort of clients at all times
Completing journey logs where required and submitting receipts and facturas correctly
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly
Communicating any delays or changes to Reception or Operations in good time
Being present in the client environment as part of the support team
Supporting clients with day-to-day routines and practical needs
Helping to maintain a calm and structured environment throughout the day
Supporting clients in moving between activities and sessions
Observing client wellbeing and escalating any concerns through the correct channel
Contributing to practical tasks that keep the day running smoothly
