Responsibilities
Build and optimize marketing funnels and lead generation processes
Generate high-quality MQLs for sales and regional teams
Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
Create and maintain sales & marketing materials: pitch decks, landing pages, presentations and promo kits
Launch regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
Maintain accurate CRM and funnel data
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics
Understanding of B2B or B2B2C marketing
Strong analytical and execution skills
Structured, organized, and data-driven mindset
