- 5+ years of proven hands-on project management experience, in agile delivery environments and taking a leading role in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural team.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information, or equivalent discipline required.
- Experience in the delivery of Data management applications (e.G., Databricks, Snowflake) in a general, complex environment, preferably insurance segment.
- Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle, system implementation methodologies and associated best practices.
- Track record of managing business stakeholders and supplier and building and developing delivery teams at scale.
- Structured working approach, with strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Very strong ownership, proactivity and communication skills.
- Balanced mix of business acumen and technology savviness.
- Very good English languaje. C1.
