As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers with their Dyson devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
* Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
* Providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
* Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
* Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Qualifications
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
* Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
