In REVLON, a leading multinational company in the cosmetic sector, we are hiring an Omnichannel Key Account Manager (Pro-Retail)
This role will manage strategic partnerships with retailers and pure-play players across physical and digital channels, ensuring consistent pricing, promotions, activations, and brand visibility while maximizing sales and profitability in an omnichannel environment.
Role Objectives:
* Increase market share and share of shelf within strategic omnichannel accounts.
* Ensure consistency in pricing, promotions, and activation across channels.
* Optimize the shopper experience in omnichannel environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Commercial Management
* Negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms, and joint business plans.
* Define sales and profitability targets by channel (offline & online)
* Manage pricing and promotional conflicts between channels.
-Omnichannel Execution
* Implement integrated physical and digital activations.
* Coordinate in-store and digital platform initiatives.
* Ensure consistent brand visibility across all touchpoints.
-Digital & Retail Media
* Optimize digital content (images, descriptions, SEO) on online platforms.
* Plan and execute Retail Media campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
* Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
-Analysis & Reporting
* Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance by account and channel.
* Prepare omnichannel KPI reports (share of shelf, share of search)
* Generate insights to improve shopper experience and profitability.
-Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with internal teams: E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Digital & Finance.
* Coordinate with retailer teams on activations and digital optimization.
* Prepare client presentations and commercial proposals.
Education and experience required:
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related fields
* English (B2)
* 2+ years in retail and/or e-commerce account management
* Experience with pure players and/or marketplaces
* Background in Retail Media, digital content optimization, SEO, and campaigns
