National Sales Manager – Medical Aesthetics
This role leads national sales of aesthetic injectables into clinics, dermatology practices and cosmetic surgery groups across Spain, where product choice directly drives revenue, retention and patient demand.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the national sales strategy across the aesthetics portfolio.
* Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Own key account relationships with clinic owners, group operators and senior injectors.
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements with high value customers.
* Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* Monitor performance data and implement actions to improve revenue outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience leading and scaling sales teams within Spain.
* Established network of key decision makers and KOLs.
* Strong commercial capability across pricing, negotiation and account strategy.
* Data driven approach to forecasting, planning and performance management.
