The Senior Group Business Controller's area of responsibility will be broad, covering both traditional business controlling and strategic business development/optimisation: Business Partner for CEO and Management. Financial Analyses and Controlling. Supply Chain Finance & Operational Economics. Business Processes and BI. Preparing Business Cases. Contract and Supplier Focus. Process Optimization and Projects. Stakeholder Management. A successful Senior Group Business Controller should have: Relevant higher education within finance/economics. Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Danish at a negotiation level will be a major advantage in daily operations. Likely 5-10 years of experience from financial roles, including experience as a (business/financial) controller at a senior level. Ideally, experience in both a larger company/group with complex processes and in a medium-sized company where you have had to be hands-on and build structures yourself. International experience or exposure is a clear advantage. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel controlling tools skills (BI systems, ERP - preferably Dynamics/Business Central - high-level Excel, etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills, relationship-building and empathetic. Willing to travel internationally 20-40 days per year.
