As an indirect sales professional, you will focus on managing and developing relationships with channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC solutions.
Role focus: Associate Indirect Sales Manager covering a market within EMEA (German or French).
Responsibilities
* Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Qualifications
* Experience in Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
* Passion for sales with a strong technical foundation in one of: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
* Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Clear and confident communication, showcasing value and impact while working with teams and partners.
* German or French business professional level is required for this role; English language - business fluent level.
