Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
We are continuing to expand our international sales operations and are looking for a technically skilled employee who is ready to take the next step towards a field‑based role and market responsibility.

To strengthen our young, internationally oriented sales team, we are looking for a technically qualified employee (m/f/d) who, after a solid career start, is ready for the next step – towards a responsible position in international field sales.
This role is aimed at individuals with a strong technical understanding who are looking to develop towards full market responsibility and see direct interaction with customers as an opportunity.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing and further developing our customer base in Spain and Portugal
* Providing technical advice and clarifying requirements directly with customers
* Supporting projects from initial inquiry through to implementation
* Acting as a close interface between customers and headquarters
* Systematic analysis of market and customer requirements
Your Profile
* Completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
* or technical vocational training with relevant further qualification
* Initial professional experience in a technical environment, such as:
o Technical Support
o Service / Technical Supervision
* Experience in customer interaction, including telephone support, is an advantage
* Strong technical understanding and interest in sales‑related tasks
* Good command of English; German is a plus
* Willingness to travel regularly
