ArsCorporate is hiring an M&A; Analyst in Barcelona to support mid‑market M&A;, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance transactions. Work directly with partners on live buy‑side and sell‑side deals, valuations, financial analysis, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A; transactions, preparing teasers, IMs, presentations, and pitchbooks.
- Prepare business, sector, and valuation materials.
- Perform financial, company, and market analysis.
- Conduct industry and competitor research.
- Support target and investor screening on buy‑side and sell‑side projects.
- Contribute to pitch decks and proposals for new mandates.
- Participate in client and investor meetings with senior team members.
- Coordinate with international partners within M&A; Worldwide.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in M&A; advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Prior exposure to live M&A; processes is a strong plus.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Native/professional‑level Spanish and professional‑level English.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to perform in a lean, senior‑led environment.
- Exceptional recent graduates with strong M&A; internship experience may be considered.
