As Project Manager your functions and responsibilities will be :
* Manage projects in the finance area, with internal and / or mixed teams with other partners.
* Define and prioritize the list of features or "backlog".
* Act as the primary representative of the client or end user, and make decisions on their behalf.
* Ensure the development team has everything they need to do their job effectively.
* Budgeting.
* Ensure regulatory compliance.
Work Schedule
* Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
* Remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Barcelona.
Requirements
We require a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position, but, above all, motivation and enthusiasm for a job well done.
* Higher Degree in the areas of Computer Science or similar.
* At least 3 years experience managing financial software development projects.
* Experience in budgeting, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, team management.
* Accustomed to the use of technological tools to optimize financial processes.
* Experience in Scrum, Agile and / or other methodologies.
