Their mission is to provide worldwide surgeon with innovative solutions.
As Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned territories, managing distributor relationships, and supporting the adoption of their innovative products in hospitals across the globe.
You will work closely with surgeons and distributors, combining sales drive with hands-on product application support.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, creating added value through business growth.
Manage the full sales cycle in your assigned territories: from identifying opportunities and negotiating contracts to closing deals.
Support distributors with joint hospital visits, sales model reviews, product trainings, and assistance during surgeries.
Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend congresses, and represent NEOS Surgery internationally.
Identify new sales channels, expand distributor databases, and support overall business development.
Stay ahead of industry trends: analyse competitors, benchmark the market, and share insights with the team.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, R&D;, Quality, and Regulatory departments.
Master our product portfolio and work hand-in-hand with our product specialist to resolve customer queries.
Co-create marketing tools and solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Life/Health Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical device sector.
Strong ambition to develop a career in business development and sales.
Previous commercial/sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
Fluent English
Willingness to travel internationally
