3-5 years of experience in retail management – luxury experience preferred~ Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred~ Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations~ Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email~ Strong team management skills, with the potential to develop people personally and professionally~ A positive and constructive approach, sales focused with the ability to take ownership
