We are hiring an INBOUND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS specialist for an important multinational company located in the Manresa area. Being part of an EMEA Supply Chain Team, this person will need to be a team player with good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Supply planning and purchasing:
o Purchase Order registration and update in SAP
o Update of Purchase Schedule Agreements in SAP
o Supply planning
o Supplier delivery date negotiation and escalation management
o Delivery follow-up / delays follow-up
o Preparation of customs documents
* Inbound transport and customs formalities:
o Organization, assignment, and follow-up of pick-up
o Review and booking of transport options
o Validation of transport invoices
o Follow-up and validation of customs formalities
* Warehouse inbound process:
o Inbound follow-up management
o Stock reconciliation (SAP vs 3PL supplier)

* Remote work: 2 days in the office / 3 days at home

* Schedule flexibility: from 8:00-9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday midday
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience in Import / Logistics
* Fluent English
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Rigor, organization, team spirit, and proactivity
* Dynamic, flexible, and quick learner
* Commitment to company values (entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, innovation, respect, and enjoyment)
* SAP knowledge is a plus
