Our Team
As a member of our team, you will lead the industrialization of products and equipment following the IPROM procedure, working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the industrial schedule, resources, and budget to reach the project target, and alert managers when standards are not met.
* Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product.
* Coordinate activities regarding industrial aspects with other PTM & Contributors, such as Tooling, Buyer, Logistics.
* Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.
* Define with the project team the process to meet performance and cost targets.
* Ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during process development.
* Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
* Manage the process development documentation, including specifications and SOCO.
* Attend IVC for review of a project regarding industrial tasks, introduce industrial aspects of the project in the IVC review, and escalate issues if necessary.
Additional Responsibilities
* Answer PCB Engineering questions (EQ).
* Make Electronic design review of PCBA (Layout Review).
* Make the DFM (design for manufacturing, scope electronic and mechanical).
* Perform Assessment of Process Design Checker (PDC).
* Attend and support process technical questions during the supplier Design Review (EMS).
* Manage action plan for the items above.
Key Skills and Experience
* Electronic Engineering Degree/Master.
* 2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry.
* Oriented results to reach development expectations.
* Ability to work in a team spirit with other networks (R&D, purchasing, project, quality).
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Europe, India, China).
* Passion for the automotive industry.
* English level B2 is mandatory.
