Responsibilities
* Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
* Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
* Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected
* Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
* Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
* Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
* Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients
* Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client
* Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
* Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
* Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided
Your Qualifications

* Are bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English level
* Have great organization and communication skills
* Have positive work attitude
* Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Have sales background
* Have hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
* Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
