We are looking for an enthusiastic
professional technical architect
, with
good technical knowledge and a great desire to continue learning to develop different types of projects in our Barcelona office
. You will work on the development of projects in all their phases. You will liaise with clients, collaborators, official bodies, etc. You will actively participate in the construction management phase.
Skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of the generation of technical documentation corresponding to all phases of a project (measurements, budgets, waste management, study of health and safety (ESS), quality plan, etc.).
Ability to control and extract measurements with BIM.
Experience in site visits.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In a Similar Position.
Knowledge of current and applicable regulations.
Knowledge of official procedures (obtaining building permits, technical reports, Completion Certificate, etc.).
Resolute, organized, productive, good communicator, with concerns and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
